Refund Policy

Free tier

The free campground database (currently 15 campgrounds) requires no purchase, so no refund applies.

Full database purchase

The full campground database is a digital product delivered instantly via a shared Google Sheets link upon purchase. Because access is granted immediately, we offer refunds under the following terms:

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• To request a refund, email info@parktripguides.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5\u201310 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests made after the 7-day window, or in cases of suspected abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).

What happens after a refund

If your refund is approved, your license to use the full database ends, and we ask that you delete any saved or downloaded copies of the data. Please note that because access is currently delivered via a single shared Google Sheets link, we cannot guarantee technical revocation of access after a refund \u2014 continued use of the data after a refund is a breach of our Terms of Service.

Non-refundable circumstances

• Dissatisfaction with individual data points that were accurate at the time of listing but have since changed (park rules and booking systems change frequently and are outside our control)
• Requests made after the 7-day window without an exceptional circumstance
