Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of parktripguides.com (the "Site") and any products purchased through it. parktripguides.com is operated by SmallBizLift LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801) ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

What we offer

Park Trip Guides provides a curated database of frontcountry campground information for U.S. National Parks, including booking windows, RV/trailer length limits, toilet facilities, carrier signal strength, and local tips. A limited selection of campgrounds is available free of charge. Access to the complete database (currently 83+ campgrounds across 26 parks) is available as a one-time paid purchase.

Accuracy of information

We research and cross-check every listing against sources such as recreation.gov and NPS.gov, and we update listings on a rolling basis. However:

• Campground rules, booking windows, fees, closures, and facilities can change at any time, sometimes with little notice from the National Park Service or its concessioners.
• Figures such as maximum RV/trailer length often reflect a campground-wide maximum and may not apply to every individual site.
• We are an independent, privately-run resource and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the National Park Service, Recreation.gov, or any government agency.

You are responsible for independently verifying booking details, rules, and current conditions directly with recreation.gov, NPS.gov, or the relevant park before finalizing travel plans. We are not liable for any loss, expense, or inconvenience arising from reliance on information provided through the Site.

Purchases and payment

The full campground database is available for a one-time payment, currently $12.50 USD, processed securely through our payment provider. Pricing is subject to change at any time; the price in effect at checkout is the price you pay.

Delivery of digital products

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the full database via a shared Google Sheets link. This is a digital product delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped.

License and permitted use

When you purchase access to the full database, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and use the data for your own trip planning. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly republish the database or any substantial portion of it
• Share your access link publicly or with people who have not purchased access
• Scrape, copy, or use the data to build a competing product or service

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The compiled database, site design, and written content on this Site are owned by Park Trip Guides. The underlying facts about campgrounds are not owned by us, but our specific compilation, formatting, and original commentary (such as insider tips) are protected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Park Trip Guides and its owners/operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information it contains, including but not limited to travel disruptions, denied campsite access, or costs incurred from outdated or inaccurate listings. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or the paid database for anyone who violates these Terms, including unauthorized redistribution of purchased data.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
